I Forgive Me

I’m not perfect...

I’ve made mistakes.

I’ve said hurtful things, 

at times, out of anger, 

and, hurt those that I’ve loved.

But, I’ve had to forgive myself,

in order to let go.

It wasn’t easy, but, 

it was necessary.

A gift to myself, so,

I could begin my journey,

to grow into a better me.
